Furthermore, in disconnecting from the world and others, players are free from constantly worrying about the opinions of others, allowing them to de-stress further.

In situations where an individual finds themselves alone and bored, solitaire games provide a great, healthy way to reduce boredom. Studies have noted that extreme boredom can lead to unhealthy side effects and affect one’s mental wellbeing.
